Our hairpin legs have a 1/2" diameter of cold rolled steel, which provides more stability than our competitors' 3/8" diameter. To the naked eye, there isn't much of a design difference, but it provides superior strength and weight bearing. This isn't the kind of metal designed for strongman competitions, this is extremely strong, weight bearing steel

The hairpin legs measure 28" from end to end with 1/2" diameter. The steel mounting plate measures 6 1/2" cross length x 4 3/4" long side x 2" short side and 1/8" thick, They have 4 pre-punched holes at optimal points for attaching the legs.
