Basic Troubleshooting Instructions:
Make sure the receiver and the charger are placed on the correct side.
Make sure the receiver and the charger both work. If the charger doesn't work the receiver will not work either.
Make sure the Output of the USB Charger is 1.5 - 2 A. If the charging current is instable or insufficient the receiver will not receive.
Make sure the cell phone is in 'Stand-By' mode before and during charging. NOT recommend to use front usb port of desktop PC to charge it's not stable.
Note: The charging process will appear fever phenomenon, please do not worry, this is normal.
Due to Qi wireless charging comes from magnetic induction, the Qi wireless charging receiver patch will not work under any phone cases with metal or magnetic materials.
Wireless charger is not included.
User Instructions:
Step 1: Insert the Qi wireless receiver patch's connector into iPhone's lightning charging port;
Step 2: Remove the white paper on the Wireless Receiver module to expose the adhesive surface allowing the module to stick to your iPhone's back cover;
Step 3: Optional - install your iPhone with non-metal phone case;
Stop 4: Place the iPhone onto the Qi standard wireless charging pad / wireless charging dock / wireless external power bank / portable wireless charger.
