  • HUGE WORKOUT LIBRARY: Access over 10,000 iFIT workouts and series, including cardio, running, cycling, yoga, HIIT, strength training, and more!
  • AI COACH: A personal AI Coach that schedules your workout sessions. (Text based service (US only); msg & data rates may apply. In app messaging available in select countries.)
  • ACTIVEPULSE: Adjusts speed and incline based on your heart rate. Available with treadmills only. (Heart rate monitor sold separately).
  • An iFIT Train membership is accessible via the iFIT app and can be used with a phone or tablet.
