Description
- Industrial-grade PPA-CF: Carbon fiber-reinforced PPA-CF is an advanced engineering thermoplastic 3D printer filament reinforced with 15% chopped carbon fiber wrap, providing exceptional strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. It is suitable for high-strength functional parts and prototyping.
- PPA-CF robust internal structure: Featuring metallic-like strength, it is 48% stronger and 102% stiffer than standard PA6-CF filament, making it suitable for 3D printer propellers, custom surfboards, and more.
- High-temperature-resistant PPA-CF: It maintains structural stability and mechanical properties over extended periods of time in high-temperature environments ranging from 170°C to 210°C. Its extremely low moisture absorption, with a saturated water absorption rate 66% lower than standard PA6-CF, ensures printer dimensional accuracy and performance printer in humid and even underwater environments.
- PPA-CF offers strong printing compatibility: It supports common sealed 3D printer (compatible with the Bambu X1C and Creality K1 series). Paired with a hardened steel nozzle, it enables stable printing within a 280°C–310°C temperature range, minimizing warping.
- PPA-CF application scenarios: It only requires a sealed printing space and a hardened steel nozzle, with a high printing success rate. It is suitable for high-demand application scenarios such as carbon fiber wrap automotive parts, industrial machinery, high-temperature resistant components and water equipment, and its performance is comparable to that of original parts.
