- The CR Touch is an auto-bed level sensor that can be installed on nearly any Creality printer. After an easy installation it is much easier to measure the exact distances from the nozzle to the bed. The printer can also create a mesh of saved values for locations across the bed and compensate for any small discrepancies in the bed automatically. Level the bed one time at installation and never touch the leveling screws again. This upgrade is a must have for those with warped printing surfaces
- The CR Touch was developed in house at Creality in response to the well known BL Touch. These two sensors use the same firmware and function in very similar ways to measure multiple points on your printer surface. The CR Touch has been tested to work for over 100,000 probes and the metal probe is more durable.
- This CR Touch is accurate in measurements undetectible to the human eye. Each probe througout the life of this unit is accurate to within .04mm. After probing 16 points on your bed in a grid the mesh created in printer firmware can account for minor defects that would be nearly impossible to see or correct for manually with your printer. Take your printer to the next level with this essential quality enhancing and time saving feature.
- The silicone bed mounts are an excellent compliment to the CR Touch as you will no longer need to constantly adjust the springs under the print bed. Often hot or cold spots on the print surface can be a result of the extra conduction of heat out of the bed. Simply replace the springs on your printer with these temperature insulating mounts and level it once. When paired with the CR Touch you will no longer need the springs or constant adjusting of the leveling nuts under the bed.
