All instruments are tested prior to shipping. Accordions and Concertinas are designed to be played at room temperature. If it was exposed to extreme heat or cold and humidity during shipping it might need a few days to work properly. Let it get to room temperature and keep trying to play it for a few days. Remember it is a brand new instrument and it needs to be played quite a bit. In most cases, issues such as these fix themselves. If you are still having issues after that, please contact us.
