  • Wide Applications: Chucking reamer is designed to accurately enlarge, smooth or finish holes, and is suitable for accurate reaming in stainless steel, aluminum, copper, alloy, plastic, and wood. Widely used in hole repair work, pipe, fittings, and woodworking applications.
  • Straight Flutes: Allows chips to collect in the flutes, great for most applications in shallow cuts. Can achieve the required roundness, straightness, and concentricity of the hole. Apply a cutting fluid or lubricant to the reamer and workpiece before starting the reaming process.
  • M35 Cobalt High Speed Steel: Offers improved hardness, wear resistance, cutting performance, excellent heat resistance and higher strength than regular high-spedd steel tools. With just a base substrate (no additional coating), suitable for a wide range of applications.
  • Tips: Machine reamer is used on lathes, drill presses and screw machines. Lubricant helps reduce friction and heat build-up, extending tool life and improving surface finish. Pay attention to the chips generated when reaming. If chips begin to clog the reamer's chip flutes, cutting performance will be affected.
