Description

  • Backing and Abrasive: Hook and Loop back design, easy and quick to stick. Sturdy, durable and practical. Made of alumina abrasive, the sander paper is anti-static and anti-clogging. Suitable for sanding and polishing
  • Wide Applications: Widely used in grinding and polishing of metal and non-metal, wood, rubber, leather, plastic, stone, glass and other materials
  • Easy to Use: Can be installed on the electric polisher and air sander. The sander drive triangular sanding paper for high reciprocatory motion to polish, sand and carve the workpiece. Linear velocity is generally required no less than 10-20m/s to avoid grits coming off and causing poor processing
  • Tips: 40-240 grits: sanding hard, coarse, rough materials, such as metal, wood, walls. 240-600 grits: commonly used for secondary sanding. Less requiring ones can be directly sanded and shaped. 600-1500 grits: fine grinding of mahogany furniture, amber, etc. Above 1500 grits: fine grinding and polishing can be used to polish objects with high quality requirements.
