- Tap Size: M20 x 1.5 metric thread, H2 thread tolerance grade. Spiral flute design, upward chip removal. Right hand thread cutting, clear threads, fast tapping with accuracy.
- Material and Finish: High speed steel tool features high hardness and toughness, heat resistance, good for general purpose applications. Titanium Plating for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, rust protection.
- Applications: Suitable for processing blind holes and sticky materials. Great for drilling and tapping aluminum, die steel, stainless steel, bronze, hard plastics, etc.
- Easy to Use: Used on drilling machines, tapping machines, CNC and milling machines. Use with tapping oil to get higher quality threads and more durable taps.
- Tips: Machine taps are suggested to be used with tap collets with overload protection. Hand use is easy to cause breakage to the tap due to uneven force.
