- FREEWHEEL HUB CONVERSION KIT: This optional conversion kit replaces the rear coaster hub on the woom 2 with a freewheel hub, allowing for backpedaling without activating the brakes and providing a smoother cycling/riding experience. Note: this kit is only compatible with woom 2 bikes produced after February 2021.
- COASTER HUB TO FREEWHEEL HUB: While bikes with a seat height of 25” or less are required to come equipped with a coaster hub, this conversion kit offers the flexibility to upgrade your child’s bike with a freewheel hub for better riding dynamics.
- SEAMLESS CONVERSION: This kit provides an easy way to enhance your woom 2 child's bike, giving them the freedom to backpedal and enjoy a smoother, more responsive, enjoyable riding experience.
- ENHANCED DRIVETRAIN PERFORMANCE: By switching to a freewheel hub, you reduce friction in the drivetrain, resulting in a more efficient riding experience for your child.
- PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED: For optimal performance and safety, we recommend having the freewheel hub installed by a professional bike shop or certified mechanic. However, experienced DIYers can complete the installation at home with a few tools.
