PS A great way to make lamb chops: Marinate lamb chops in lemon juice, barbeque spice, and black pepper and hour before you put the meat on the braai. Be sure to put it in a Tupperware bowl, and swirl it around every fifteen minutes or so.

Results: Beautifully tender lamb chops, just bursting with flavour.
