You requested a simple way to plasma cut bolt holes and we took it a step further. Not only is this an effective tool that looks cool, but it functions better with four sides and a center section for clamping.

The Plasma Stencil will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect bolt hole. The stencil has zero offset so the bolt will have play without any cleanup. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" (11ga.) cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.

Designed for use with a drag shield attachment use the chart in the pictures to determine the proper size for your plasma cutter. If your plasma cutter is not listed, then you will need to measure your drag shield to find the proper size Plasma Stencil to use. Some models do not offer a drag shield attachment and will not work properly with our Plasma Stencils.
