Designed to help train basic Parkour movements, flow, transitions, creativity and adaptation. The five dice included here each cover a set of moves: Flatland, Vaults, Rails, Footwork and Walls for a total of 30 unique and beautifully illustrated parkour movements.
The moves and techniques are briefly described in the included handbook, but of course it's always best to get professional instruction. There are many different games to play with these dice, for one person or many people. A few ideas are given in the book, but we want to know what YOU can come up with for new and interesting games. PhysEd (Physical Education) teachers use these dice to train movements. Great for training MovNat and other natural movement fitness disciplines. Use them to help teach your Parkour students how to become more diverse and broaden their skill set.
