- WillPowder HEAVY CREAM POWDER, Flavor Agent, spray dried sweet cream with 72% butterfat, contains sweet cream, nonfat milk, sodium caseinate and anti-caking agent.
- It imparts a rich flavor, and a silky, velvety mouth-feel to mixtures without adding moisture that can dilute the intense flavor of sauces, soups and reductions. It can be added to recipes dry or be reconstituted with water or other liquids.
- Shelf stable for up to 2 years if stored under cool, dry conditions, It can be used as coffee creamer, however it is best to mix the desired amount into a tablespoon of coffee first, and then mix into the entire cup.
- To replace 20% fresh cream mix 1 part powder with 3 parts liquid. We do not recommend using this as item to replace whipping cream. Adding the product to an enitre serving may cause the product to clump.
