Scotch General Purpose Masking Tape, 2020-24A-CP, 0.94-Inch by 60.1-Yards, 9 Rolls
The Pitsco 29438 Balloon Buggy Pack provides students in grades 3-12 a hands-on activity to build a balloon-powered car that demonstrates the scientific concepts of force, motion, and Newton's third law of motion, and includes parts required to build a model car powered by an inflated balloon. The kit includes 1/8 x 3 x 22 inch (H x W x D) balsa wood sheets, nozzles, axles, wheels, straws, balloons, and basic instructions. The included instructions are not complete in order to challenge students as they design and build buggies and test their buggies to see which will travel the farthest. The finished vehicle measurements vary, allowing for student creativity in their buggy designs. A balloon-powered buggy kit is typically used in an educational setting to demonstrate force, motion, and Newton's laws of motion.
Construction requires a ruler, white glue, and a hobby knife (all sold separately).
